NO SOUND ?

In case you get no sound, disable the ‘Mute’ mode on your tablet or Smartphone as follows :

- Go to ‘Settings’, then to ‘General’,

- In the category 'Use Side Switch to:', check that the choice is ‘Mute’,

- Then push the button next to ‘volume’ until you no longer see the little red dot.

 

CRASH or BACK to homepage?

 

If the application crashes when you press the 'next page' icon, it's because the camera is not activated.

Follow these instructions to fix it:

- Go to 'Settings',

- Scroll down and find the application with problem in the left menu,

- Activate the camera.

 

PROBLEM OF MICRO ?

 

If you are unable to breathe, to cry or to record your voice in the application, you must activate the microphone:

- Go to "Settings"

- Scroll down and find the application with problem in the left menu,

- Activate the microphone.

 

Other problems

 

- Restart your tablet or Smartphone.

 

- Delete the app and download it another time (It’s free, you won’t pay the app again).
